The latest issue of T Australia: The New York Times Style Magazine features a photoshoot and interview with artist Cressida Campbell, on the eve of her landmark retrospective at the National Gallery of Australia.

“Australia has many exotic creatures — the platypus, the echidna, the quokka — but to me, the most unique and fascinating by far is Cressida Campbell. Cressy is a rare breed indeed. Even David Attenborough would have trouble fathoming her many intriguing and charming conundrums,” writes Kathy Lette.

Witnessing an artist in their creative space is nothing short of a privilege. Enjoy this small glimpse into Campbell’s life from when T Australia spent the afternoon with her in July, 2022.
