Dinners built entirely around new season truffles

With truffle season looming, the Bentley Group have curated a series of dedicated truffle dinners at each of their venues: Bentley, Yellow, Cirrus and Monopole. Highlights include Bentley Restaurant + Bar’s potato damper with truffle cream and urchin (pictured); Yellow’s roasted oyster mushroom with borlotti bean and truffled broth; Cirrus’s scallop and truffle dumpling with sweet onion milk; and Monopole’s french onion and truffle vol-au-vent. Reservations can be made directly through each restaurant.

A new day spa with a side of pinot

Adelaide Hills vineyard, Longview has recently opened a luxury day spa – a first for a South Australian cellar door. The team has crafted an exceptional offering, true to the existing Longview ethos of flipping traditional concepts on their head to create the ultimate experience. The purpose-built day spa offers a range of treatments designed for guests to indulge in, including hot stone massage, organic facials and pregnancy packages.

Most products used in the day spa are made locally in South Australia’s Adelaide Hills including Swiss Wellness organic skincare range manufactured in Flaxley, Kindred self- essential oils crafted in Port Adelaide and the signature Longview scented Etikette candles made in Bridgewater. Following a treatment, guests can replenish on the day spa balcony (overlooking the Pinot Noir vineyard) with a choice of two grazing platters and a selection of Longview wines. A new weekend clutch from Max Mara

Weekend Max Mara’s Pasticcino Bag, Modello Venezia was launched in Venice last week. This edition is crafted with sumptuous Fortuny textiles and colourful glass beads made in Murano – an homage to history, artisanship, and uniqueness of Venice. Its proportions are purposefully exaggerated and playfully attenuated, while its shape is vaguely vintage-inspired. The bag is completely unstructured save for its large metal spheres that clip together like giant gumballs.

Launched in 1983 as a casual outdoors weekend collection, Weekend Max Mara has evolved into an authentic Italian lifestyle brand with a unique identity and relevant personality. The Pasticcino Bag is no different – an instant mood-booster perfect for easy weekends, off duty moments, spirited parties or a spontaneous evening. Learn more at maxmara.com
