Crafted from the essence of LARK’s esteemed Classic Cask Single Malt, the limited-edition Dragon Release has undergone meticulous maturation in 100% first-fill sherry and port casks, culminating in Seppeltsfield tawny casks. A blend of toffee apple, custard, and fresh citrus notes on the nose gives way to a palate dancing with tender dried figs, plum pudding, and a luscious, creamy caramel finish.

The Year of the Dragon in 2024, embodying the element of wood, finds resonance in LARK’s craft. The oak barrel, a maestro in whisky-making, lends its complexity to the spirit, defining its colour and character over time. To capture this essence visually, LARK collaborated with Shenzhen artists Yao and Susu from 1983ASIA, weaving Lunar New Year symbolism into Tasmania’s whisky-making artistry, personifying the Wood Dragon’s spirit of new beginnings and prosperity.
