In late 2023, the fashion designer and pop culture icon Victoria Beckham made headlines for whether or not her father previously chauffered her to school in a Roles Royce car. In early 2024, she directs our attention to another luxury brand: Breitling. A collaboration between the Swiss watchmaker and Beckham, launching today, has resulted in the limited-edition Chronomat 36 Victoria Beckham collection – an alchemy of Beckham’s sophisticated designs and Breitling’s craftsmanship offers a fresh and modern expression of the classic Chronomat design.
The versatile timepiece is available in a limited run of just 1,500 pieces, featuring refined colourways inspired by Beckham’s own Spring Summer 2024 palette – adding a vibrant twist to the classic Chronomat design.
Crafted for women who prefer functionality with their fashion, the Victoria Beckham collection retains the classic Chronomat features while introducing new elements. Stainless steel and yellow gold cases, unique colour schemes, and subtle personalisation with Victoria Beckham’s initials on the seconds hand create an ensemble that is both chic and timeless. “It has been wonderful watching Breitling’s craftsmanship and innovation come together with my ideas to create something so elegant and fresh,” says Beckham of the creative partnership.
“The Chronomat is already a versatile watch with a classic form,” says Breitling CEO Georges Kern on the partnership. “With Victoria Beckham’s signature style, this collection is a modern, radiant expression of that timepiece.”
Equipped with the Breitling Caliber 10, the Chronomat Automatic 36 ensures precision and reliability. Each timepiece is COSC-certified, a testament to its exceptional quality and performance. The collection also introduces a co-branded box and travel pouch for the gold variants, adding a touch of exclusivity.
To celebrate the launch, the renowned Italian fashion photographer Mario Sorrenti captures the essence of the collection in a campaign featuring the model Annemary Aderibigbe.
