The limited release series pays homage to Scotland’s timeless landscapes and the enduring connections they foster.
To celebrate this artistic alliance, The Macallan will host an exclusive Sydney pop-up at the iconic Hickson Road Reserve from March 7 to 10, 2024. This immersive experience will offer attendees a journey into The Macallan’s world, highlighting the McCartney sisters’ love for Scotland and the inspiration behind the new Harmony III edition.
The Harmony III edition, named Amber Meadow, draws inspiration from the Scottish countryside, capturing the essence of warm meadows and mature barley fields. Crafted by The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, it boasts a rich citrus-scented finish and a 100 per cent natural summer evening colour, reflecting the whisky’s exceptional sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks.
Noteworthy is the sustainable approach to presentation, with packaging made from discarded meadow cuttings. Mary McCartney’s evocative photography accompanies each release, capturing the essence of The Macallan Estate.
The Macallan Harmony Collection III ($350) is available from March 2024, promising a sensory journey of rich orange, lemon, honeysuckle and vanilla. The collaboration underscores The Macallan’s dedication to the convergence of craftsmanship, natural beauty, and sustainable practices, elevating the whisky experience to new heights.
